Cultus was a large fishing metropolis and one of the few neutral communities during the Pact War . The city worked as a republic, where wealth and status dictated the individual's political influence. It's one of the closes cities to the Temple of Spatium, making it a thriving city for archaeologists and historians. The city was the main hunter of Raptus Mataru and his pirate crew.
